A NUMBER of Miss Worcestershire finalists raised almost £150 for charity during a night out in Worcester.
The contestants – who are all hoping to claim the beauty contest crown in January – wore sashes and shook collection boxes at Alexanders champagne and cocktail bar on Saturday (December 12).
Money raised will support Beauty with a Purpose – a charity that works with disadvantaged children across the world.
Morgan Koronis, 20, a drama and performance student at the University of Worcester, organised the fundraiser with support from fellow finalists including Hannah Bishop and Stephanie Need.
She said: “It was a really great evening that helped raise both awareness and funds for the charity, as well as bring together some of the finalists to get to know each other better.
